About me
Born in the artistic city of Łódź, in a family of musicians I had a massive level of exposure to music. My fascination with sound started early in my school days which guided me into the world of audio engineering. Being a student in Music School for twelve years as a pianist I learned and developed a great respect and sensitivity for music. I got to Music Academy in Łódź to study Audio Engineering which I graduated with honours as a Master of Arts. Those five years in Academy extended my knowledge, opened my ears and mind to new possibilities. Currently, I work as a studio technician and mixing and mastering engineer at the Academy of Music in Łódź. During that time I also had countless opportunities to practise my audio engineering skills and put my mixing creativity to the test. Still, I await new musical journeys to come and fulfil my mixing or any post-production desires.
Work philosophy
Mixing for me is not just applying fancy processing to your music. It’s not only about removing some bad things or correcting some imperfections. It’s about expressing your music in a way that the listeners understand and especially feel in the desired manner. I work to take your sounds to another level, enhance emotional aspects and play with creativity and sonic dimensionality. In every mix, I’m looking for a way to widen the colour palette of the piece or unify it when needed. By sending me your music you are entrusting me with something very sensitive to your imagination. I don’t only massively respect that but I want your diamond to become Brilliant. So in the end; for me, it’s about creating the best version of your production possible.

Portfolio
I don’t restrict myself to any specific genre in the mixing approach. My professional motto sounds like this: THE SONG IS THE KING. I am confident that when I understand the piece I can mix any genre; from classical to popular music, from heavy, synthetic and aggressive to airy, spatial and natural sounds. It’s crucial for me to create an impression from bigger-than-life sounds to subtle details that will make each subsequent listen unique. It’s not a matter of having taste in the piece – It’s a matter of understanding it musically and sonically.
